Brian I've just emailed you a route for any hill climbers out there. I've called it 86 meters short of Ben Nevis in South Lancashire. It's 81.6km long and climbs 1257meters which is 86 less than Ben Nevis is above sea level. It starts in Rainhill and does all the big climbs to the West and the North of Rainhill. Enjoy

John Got your route....any chance you can buzz some text content over. How did your Sunday morning rides go ? Did you get to Rivington ??.....Mine was bl##dy cold and wet. Not the best spring morning ride I ever had. I was back home after 20 miles.....
I'll give yours a try maybe in the summer (I think I'm solar powered !!)

Sunday morning was a wash out for me as well and after only 17 miles, still I got a lot of jobs done in the house and today I finished off the garden. The route has been emailed to you.
