Not much activity on the Forum this year, so I'll try and start some lively discussion!!! The Tour of Britain ends in Glasgow this year rather than London, as it has since 2004. In my opinion to remain constant and grow in stature as a 'proper' race it should end in London every year, just as the Tour de France ends in Paris every year. What does everybody else think?? ;D p.s What about Basso and Discovery!!

Hi Simon
God your right about the forum !!! It’s dropped dead on it’s wheels since last year……ha ha ha
Re: the ‘ToB’, I fully agree. It should remain with a good focal point finish in the Capital of Britain. That way at least it might start to get the recognition it needs if it’s to flourish in years to come.
Oddly enough I’ve just got back today from London – what a ‘buzzing’ place. I can’t wait to get back there to see the ‘Tour de France’ start off in the summer.
Rgds….Brian.

One thing the ToB really needs is more organized road closures. And clearer, more detailed instruction for the volunteer marshalls! - I did it in London last year and was positioned in the wrong place!! Anyway, so long as more and more people support it, wherever it starts of finishes it will (hopefully) grow into one of the country's premier sporting events! Brian, if you're in London for the start of Le Tour spread the word and we can have 'The First Annual Cycleroute.com Get Together'!! All the best for now, Simon.
